Welcome to Living room Guitar!

We are a guitar teaching partnership based in and around Leeds, focusing on varying different styles, and skills.

We try to match the student up with the best teacher, based on location and on style.

Offering lessons to both adults and younger learners, everyone is welcome at Living Room Guitar Lessons!

We recommend that adults have slightly longer lessons, as it gives more time to focus on difficult techniques.
Lessons for adults normally progress faster and begin with more advanced techniques, as always the teacher will match the pace of the lessons to the ability of the student.

Kids respond much better to a smaller more direct slot, it helps keep the lesson rolling and prioritises home practice.
Kids learn quick, but to start them off we aim to build a really solid foundation, starting with simple riffs and then moving onto more complex pieces.

The 30 min lesson is the best for flexibility. Aimed at younger or casual learners this is what we recommend for those starting out.

1 hour lessons are perfect for the more advanced learner. These will give you enough time to fully explore complex phrases and riffs.
